Manor on Scenic
A room-by-room tour of one of the Gulf Coast's most distinguished event estates — 213 E Scenic Dr, Pass Christian, Mississippi.
The Full Estate
Nestled on historic Scenic Drive in Pass Christian, The Manor on Scenic is a century-old private estate with an architectural integrity you simply cannot recreate. The grand staircase. The original hardwood floors. The chandeliers. The detailed trim work and craftsmanship of another era.

UP TO 90 GUESTS INDOORS
The Heart of The Manor
The heart of The Manor. Original sconces, chandeliers, detailed trim work, and hardwood floors crafted over a century ago — built for exactly this. Intimate weddings, private celebrations, milestone gatherings.
Step outside to the large covered balcony and allow the event to extend onto historic Scenic Drive. The ballroom accommodates up to 90 guests indoors with ease, and the architecture alone creates an atmosphere that no amount of decoration can manufacture — it simply exists here, built into the bones of the building.
The chandeliers, sconces, and hardwood floors make this one of the most photographed spaces on the Gulf Coast. Evening light through the balcony doors is particularly stunning.

COCKTAIL HOUR · BRIDAL PORTRAITS
Your First Impression
Ascend the grand staircase into a sweeping foyer with the feel of old New Orleans. An ideal setting for cocktail hour, a formal welcome space, or the kind of bridal portraits that define the day. The character of the space is felt the moment guests arrive.
The foyer is perfectly suited for cocktail tables, a lounge arrangement, or simply an elegant flow-through space between the entrance and the ballroom. For brides, the staircase is one of the most sought-after portrait locations in the entire venue — the light, the architecture, and the scale combine to create images that belong in a magazine.
The staircase is one of the most photographed features of the entire estate. Photographers consistently cite it as a standout location for bridal portraits and wedding party shots.

BRIDAL PARTY PREP · PRIVATE SANCTUARY
For the Bride
Three vanity stations, a signature statement mirror, and the New Orleans fainting couch — the details that produce bridal portraits worth framing for a lifetime. The suite connects to a private bridesmaids' room with en suite bath, offering proximity and defined space in equal measure.
The Bridal Suite was designed with one person in mind: the bride. Every detail has been considered — from the quality of the light to the placement of the mirror — so that the morning of your wedding feels as intentional as the ceremony itself.
The fainting couch, grand mirror, and natural light make this one of the most beautiful getting-ready spaces on the Gulf Coast. It photographs beautifully at any time of day.

UP TO 300 GUESTS
Under the Mississippi Sky
Lush landscaping, mature oak trees, dramatic archways, and six chandeliers that illuminate the branches after dark. The outdoor grounds accommodate up to 300 guests. Downtown Pass Christian is steps away — yet standing on this property, the rest of the world recedes entirely.
The front grounds comfortably accommodate 125–150 guests, while the back land opens the estate to 300 or more — making The Manor one of the few venues in the region capable of hosting both an intimate gathering and a grand outdoor celebration on the same property.
The chandeliers in the oak trees at dusk are one of the most photographed settings in all of South Mississippi. The manor's white facade glowing in the background creates a backdrop that photographers travel to capture.
Also on Property

Situated on a separate level and deliberately removed from the bridal suite, the groom suite is a 16×40 space with leather couches and a full bar setup. A refined retreat for the wedding party to prepare in comfort, with the separation that tradition calls for.

Just off the foyer, the bar room is designed with versatility in mind. It functions beautifully as a dedicated bar and lounge, a social gathering point, or a secondary entertaining area — arranged to complement the flow of any event.

A fully functional prep kitchen positioned just off the ballroom — accessible to your catering team without interrupting the flow of the event. Available fully open or closed off, depending on the needs of your service.

A private extension of the estate featuring a stunning wrap-around bar and a secluded deck. A natural setting for a VIP lounge, a secondary bar experience, or a private gathering space — entirely separate in character from the main house.
