Our Commitment to You
We want you to book with confidence. That means no hidden fees, no surprise requirements, and no fine print that changes the experience you were promised. Every policy below is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.
50% deposit holds your date. Balance due 60 days before your event.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before your event date. If you book within 60 days of your event, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
We accept credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. All payments must be received by the due date to maintain your reservation.
Full refund 90+ days out. Partial refund 60–89 days. No refund under 60 days.
Cancellations made 90 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of all payments made.
Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before the event date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
In the event of a documented death in the immediate family or documented hospitalization of the client, a credit toward a future booking will be issued. Credits are valid for 12 months from the original event date.
Hard liquor requires a licensed bartender. Beer, wine, and seltzers by host.
Beer, wine, and hard seltzers may be provided and served by the event host. Hard liquor and full bar service is permitted when managed by a licensed bartender or catering company with valid proof of insurance.
Beer, wine, and hard seltzers may be provided and served by the event host without a licensed bartender. Responsible service is expected at all times. No self-service of spirits by guests.
Any licensed bartender or caterer serving alcohol must provide proof of licensing and valid event insurance prior to the event. This documentation must be submitted to The Manor on Scenic no later than 14 days before the event.
Open vendor policy — bring anyone you love. License required for food and beverage only.
Fully open vendor policy. Clients may bring any photographer, caterer, florist, DJ, or decorator of their choosing — no prior approval required. We believe your event should reflect your vision, and that means working with the people you trust.
Vendors providing food, beverage, or alcohol services are required to carry valid licensing and event insurance. Documentation must be submitted to The Manor on Scenic no later than 14 days before the event.
We do not maintain a required preferred vendor list. We believe your event should reflect your vision, and that means working with the people you trust.
Available Sunday–Saturday, 9am–11pm. Events end by 11:30pm.
The Manor on Scenic is available for events Sunday through Saturday, from 9:00am to 11:00pm. All events must conclude by 11:30pm. Overtime is available at $300 per hour.
The Manor on Scenic is available for events on holidays. Holiday bookings are subject to the same pricing and policies as all other events.
Private tours are available by appointment, including evenings and weekends. Photographs do not do it justice. We work around your schedule to ensure you experience the estate before committing.
No open flames, confetti, or glitter. Events conclude by 11:30pm.
No open flames, sparklers, or fireworks indoors. No confetti or glitter on the property. These restrictions protect the historic integrity of the estate and ensure a clean environment for every client.
All events must conclude by 11:30pm. Overtime is available at $300 per hour and must be arranged in advance. Music and entertainment must comply with local noise ordinances.
A valid credit card is required on file at the time of booking. This card may be charged for any damages, excessive cleaning, or overtime beyond what was contracted.
Ground floor fully accessible. We accommodate with advance notice.
The ground floor of The Manor on Scenic — including the grand ballroom, bar room, foyer, prep kitchen, and restrooms — is fully accessible. All event accommodations can be arranged on the ground floor with advance notice.
The bridal suite, bridesmaids' room, and groom suite are located on the upper floors, which are accessible by staircase only. There is no elevator on the property.
