Full Main House Access
The Manor House

The Manor House package gives you exclusive, full-day access to the entire main house — from the grand foyer and sweeping staircase to the ballroom, bridal suite, groom's retreat, and everything in between. Up to 90 guests indoors, or 125 to 150 with the front exterior included.

The Full Estate package is the complete Manor on Scenic experience. Everything in The Manor House, plus the cottage with its wrap-around bar and private deck, and the full outdoor grounds — six crystal chandeliers glowing in the live oak trees, lush landscaping, and capacity for up to 300 guests beneath the Mississippi sky.

The Manor is available throughout the week for birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate gatherings, private dinners, rehearsal dinners, and more. The same stunning spaces, the same full access — available at an hourly rate with a three-hour minimum.

Submit Your Inquiry
Complete the inquiry form with your event date, type, and guest count. We'll respond within 24 hours with availability confirmation.
Schedule a Tour
Tours are available by appointment, including evenings and weekends. Come see the estate in person before you commit.
Secure with a Deposit
A 50% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event. Book within 60 days? Full payment is due at booking.
Plan Your Event
Bring your own vendors — we have an open vendor policy. Insurance and licensing required for food, beverage, and alcohol vendors only.
