The Groom Suite
Situated on a separate level and deliberately removed from the bridal suite, the groom suite is a 16×40 space with leather couches and a full bar setup. A refined retreat for the wedding party to prepare in comfort, with the separation that tradition calls for.
The Bar Room
Just off the foyer, the bar room is designed with versatility in mind. It functions beautifully as a dedicated bar and lounge, a social gathering point, or a secondary entertaining area — arranged to complement the flow of any event.
The Cottage
A private extension of the estate featuring a stunning wrap-around bar and a secluded deck. A natural setting for a VIP lounge, a secondary bar experience, or a private gathering space — entirely separate in character from the main house.

Overnight Stay
$1,000 + $175 CLEANING FEE
Available for Saturday events. Accommodates up to 20 guests across all available bedrooms. Checkout at 11am. A seamless extension of the evening for those who wish to remain on the property.
Setup & Breakdown
$500
Full table, chair, and linen setup arranged prior to guest arrival. Complete breakdown handled after the event concludes. All that is required of you is to arrive.
Photo Shoot
$75 PER HOUR
The staircase, the ballroom light, the oak trees, the balcony — every corner of this property photographs beautifully. Weekdays as a standing booking. Weekends on a space-available basis.

Our Policies
Transparent. Fair. No surprises.
Payment
A 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event. Bookings made within 60 days require full payment at the time of reservation. We accept credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
Cancellation
90+ days prior: full refund. 60–89 days prior: 50% refund. Under 60 days: non-refundable. Documented death or hospitalization: a credit equal to payments made will be applied toward a future booking, valid for 12 months.
Alcohol
Beer, wine, and seltzers may be provided by the host. Hard liquor and full bar service is permitted when managed by a licensed bartender or catering company with valid proof of insurance.
Vendors
Fully open vendor policy. Clients may bring any photographer, caterer, florist, DJ, or decorator of their choosing — no prior approval required. All food, beverage, and alcohol vendors must carry valid insurance and appropriate licensing.
Hours
No open flames, sparklers, or fireworks indoors. No confetti or glitter. All events conclude by 11:30pm. Overtime is available at $300 per hour. A valid credit card is required on file at booking.
